Problem description
There is no text data for the “Configuration update received on server” internal events.
Cause
Internal events are not mandatory to have full text data since ApexSQL Audit is not collecting full data for these events intended for internal investigations and monitoring internal tool processing.
Resolution
The “Configuration update received on server” internal events are logged when changes to the auditing job are made. These do not include any changes to the auditing filters but to the server configuration information including any kind of changes to the following:
- Username
- Password
- Temporary files location
- Central host name
- Data collection mechanism
- Timeout
